I really wasn't gonna watch this because i tied it with the previous series which i didnt really like. My mom had this playing and the chemistry and storyline drew me in immediately. The entire cast had incredible acting and great moments that had me rewinding because they were so powerful! dont be like me and assume this is like the other series because it not.. its better. So sad its only 6 episodes, wishing there will be a continuation of this!

It has potential .after being a fan of many of Ryan Murphy’s shows, this just wasn’t it. It felt like a musical, (lol more so than glee).I’m not sure if that was what they were going for, but it felt ultra dramatic and too corny for me to believe at all. The writing, the characters, the story just missed the mark.It felt like an attempt to capture postwar Hollywood era, but was just a stencil, and not the real thing. Most of the relationships between characters didn’t feel natural at all. There were some standouts, but it just had me questioning who wrote this and if Ryan is losing his skills.

I think it had a good foundation, walker as an actor had peaks. But the dialogue proved to seem cheap compared to Fargo. It’s moments of “comedy” seemed ill placed and forced. I think it had potential for sure but it kinda missed the mark for me.
