I started listening to the book on Audible. Then i stopped it because of his extreme vegan attitude:
He says all of the following are BAD
Eggs. Milk, cheese, blood pressure medicine, Cholesterol medicine. And off course all meats including chicken.
This is not consistent with many medical opinions. My doctor advised me to eat two eggs a day because it is good for me.
I agree with his advice on increasing the consumption of antioxidant plant based food. I have already incorporated that in my diet.
I am sorry. I cannot be a vegan like he is.
