really good movie.corny action & humor which makes it feel terrible. Half of the entire movie is finn/ the other characters screaming “REY” or “Po” which gets very annoying after while. This movie was a middle finger to real star wars fans. since star wars 7 finn was treated awful They always teased him to be to be the jedi when they chose rey (which isn’t a big deal) but they made his character so pointless toward the end. one thing that is really bad bout this movie is that they didn’t even know reys last name for the character until near the end of filming. so that means during star wars 7&8 this character wasn’t important enough to the writers to even have a true identity throughout filming. my honest opinion these films need to be redone under jon Favreau. They could’ve made Kylo ren super good but apparently someone trained by luke skywalker & palpatine who’s trained all his life can’t over power a scavenger who just stumbled across her powers. Rey treated jedi mind tricks like child’s games. also are we not gonna talk bout how stormtroopers can’t hit a single shot? how does this feel like real interesting combat when a stormtrooper can’t hit a single shot.
