I found new restaurants in Baltimore that I didn’t know existed and give Thanks to Daym for that. Daym is not meant to be a chef and give his experience as one. He is showcasing other Chefs who explain what goes into their creations. For those comments about his over dramatics and any other negatives, should remember he is not a food critic. He has brought attention to chefs and their restaurants on a Nationwide level.
