A shame, as there were moments that were very touching and enjoyable. Unstructured and disjointed which left the watcher feeling a bit disorientated and wondering where the story was going. Thank goodness for the fine acting and costume design, as the story seemed to have been interpreted on what could only have been a personal one. The adaption was not impressive or reliable and the direction lacked any meaningful interpretation.

I loved this show; I liked the psychological conflict and the honesty about how we lie so much to each other and ourselves. I wish there was a second series as I was so intrigued at the end.
