Character movement is sluggish and unresponsive. Combat is unrewarding - Your attacks don't feel like they have the weight that they should, and the AI is rather poor. Enemies that should be aggro'd to you just watch as you kill their friends. Visually, the game looks fine. I expect more from a Next-Gen game, however, especially since I experienced frame issues. Playing with a friend is fun, but it was in spite of the game, not due to it unfortunately. We even experienced simple network issues that you shouldn't see in a game released in 2021. As a fan of hack-and-slash, loot grinding games and D&D, I wanted to like this game. I truly did. But all I could think about was how I'll have to wait until Diablo 2: Resurrected in order to experience what I'm looking for.
