So tonight, the pilot, who looks just like Sully, the pilot of the plane that actually landed in the Hudson River, stole a plane and was going to fly into a storm and try to go into the future. He was pursued by 2 fighter jets, and supposedly they shot him down. But my guess is that he slipped into the future (2024) and was not shot down. So he will return from the future to 2019, and the three people investigating how they lost five years of their lives, will figure out that they themselves are five years into the future and should really be in 2013, and all they need to do is whatever the pilot did to get back from 10 years into the future (2024) to 5 years into the future (2019), and then everyone from 828 boards a plane (2019), he does it again, and they land back in their present (2013), the day they left Jamaica. And no one in 2013 even knows anything about what happened in 2018, because they never left 2013. Only those on 828 who fell into 2018-19 will remember that "present;" the others never left their "present" of 2013.
