On the ps4/xbox this game was killed by patch 6.0. In an attempt to make the game simpler they actually managed to make it harder to get into. The "graphics improvements" you will read about online actually are a step backwards making the game feel/look like a mobile game from a few years ago. My advice for this game is to watch YouTube videos that are from 6.0 and forward to see if you like the changes...otherwise, if you are interested in this game from gameplay you saw a year ago...don't bother as it no longer looks like that.

All Gearbox does is wait for decent builds to become popular then nerf them. Whole point of the game is to break it, but seems now they want "balance" in a non pvp game where no one is asking for balance. If you want the Borderlands experience, save the money and get Handsome Jack collection.
