Brilliant film, some will say the movie had a predictable story, but it's not the story, it's the way insurgency period of the old madras is shown, the way the characters behave in different scenarios, this movie is about the insurgency period and the characters, for which you should watch the movie for it. This maybe the few movies where a political party was shown openly, this movie is for whom who can appreciate the backdrop and characters, don't look for the plot and say this and that.
