I took my three kids for an advent activity. After over an hour of Christian artists lip singing in gaudy, ostentatious outfits and too much makeup I was ready to walk out. My kids (5,8, and 10) were bored to tears, and I can’t blame them. One Christian artist even said something to the effect of “to good news is we don’t just follow God, he follows us.” It all felt very man centered and self glorifying. The movie was ok but uninspired. It wasn’t compelling at all, even though they had THE most compelling story of all time to work with. Super disappointed because we LOVE The Chosen TV Series. 0/10 do not recommend.
