I loved the books. Whoever the actor is that played the dad is a fun actor in other stuff but the presense of the father is so anti-book it's nuts. Also his mother should be alive and shouldn't meet Butlers niece or whoever until way later. Artemis I believe wasn't a Junior at all. He also should have been repulsed by the need to actually pick up the gun. Butler also should have been younger and like MMA, muy Thai, ju-jitsu ripped and shouldn't have been wearing a suit like that if they didn't want him to play off as actually being a butler by profession. Judi dench was a waste and wasnt fun to see in the movie really. The whole movie should have started out with Artmeis gruelling over his plans to catch a fairy or his desire to push the family business farther by acquiring gold or some other more complicated background story than father issues for the sake of father issues.
