Besides for the lies about the orthodox community, which I won’t even get into this show is simply boring. They add in random drama wherever possible to make it more entertaining and bring in unnecessary off topic information about side characters (roberts adoption and weight loss?) to spice it up. It is also way too staged and most characters do not sound realistic at all, sounds like they’re reading off a script. I also can’t leave a review without saying how my heart breaks for Ben and Aron. It was hard to watch those scenes, Julia forcing (I do not use this term loosely) her 14 yr old son to talk to girls and getting way too involved in her child’s marriage. I hope they turn out healthy and happy.
