I've watched MSNBC for YEARS. I used to like Andrea Mitchell but she is WELL beyond her prime. She messes up names, gets stuttering on comments/questions and I have seen her fall asleep on air with other news casters. She needs to retire. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! Will SOMEONE in the booth shut off her mic when she isn't talking. You can hear her smacking/ licking her lips over the other person talking. It's like watching a 100 year old broadcast from the nursing home, gumming their pudding between guests...

I would have given it 5 stars because I'm a HUGE fan of the series. I've read the entire set twice. I knew going into it there would be a lot of liberty taken in the plot because the story is soooooo big... but... THE CASTING DIRECTOR SHOULD BE FIRED AND BANNED FROM WORKING IN ANOTHER MOVIE. How can you be so spot on with Rand and Perrin and sooooo far off with everyone else??!! Egwene's fatherv is not some skinny, poor, dirty waif.... HE'S BIGGER AROUND THAN ANYONE ELSE IN THE TOWN... he's the freaking Mayor and Inn owner... they got her mom right.. sorta... LAN WAS NOT ASIAN! And he stands feet above Moiraine... anyone read the books?! Or even look at the book covers?! Casting is so off I'm a bit pissed. I was so excited to see the characters I've loved reading about over and over come to life. Serious disappointment... they have the budget for it for Pete's sake.
