This script should never have passed its first reading. I’m sure the actors were embarrassed to speak such insipiid and, often, illogical and unlikely dialogue. Even if one accepts the absurd basic premise, that the entire planet has been overrun with prehistoric creatures, the individual scenes were valid or silly.

Brendan Gleason is perfect in this role. One of the best films situated in Ireland, with clever original dialogue and very colorful characters.

The dialogue is delicious, whether from Dracula or his nemeses. Different enough to hold surprises throughout.

This could, and should have been a much better show. Previous iterations of this genre—with blown glass, with car design—were successful in good part because of the moderators and judges. This show’s folks lack credibility, as does the format: ten hours is too brief a time have good results with these tools and materials.

This show is so clever, with a plot cleverly paced and dialogue to die for. No second season? Unthinkable!!

The protagonist must have amazing recuperative powers from gunshots, beatings and stabbings. Additionally, she is able to transport herself instanteously from place to place. The husbands IQ drops rapidly after the first episodes. He seems lobotomized as the story plods on.
