Is it possible that along some point when they first fired up cern that it could have thrown the world or maybe part of the world into another dimension? I say this because of the Mandela effect. And if so is this only outside of the ring of cern? Or maybe the whole world? Do people inside the cern ring experience the Mandela effect? Some food for thought. Why are some people blind to this and refuse to wake up?
