If the option was available I’d rate it 2.5 stars. There is some solid acting but I was left with a sense that either the director or the editor had no coherent idea of what the film should be about. The subplot of the amnesiac undercover cop , who didn’t know he was an undercover cop, made no sense. There was no shortage of violence but the haphazard assembly of the often confusing plot lines made for a rather unsatisfactory viewing experience.
