In a year that's brought us fantastic dramatic character studies about fictitious people. Legendary filmmaker Martin Scorsese brings us the origin story of Statler and Waldorf before they started insulting the Muppets. When I first heard that Netflix would be footing the bill for a project called '' I heard you paint houses'' I initially thought they were doing a gritty reboot of Home Improvement but after watching this 3 hour long epic I realised this wasn't a Tim Allen project, Because none of our main characters try to smuggle drugs over to Cuba. For everything this movie does its message about Death has to be its most powerful tool that shows that not every story has to have a happy ending or a chance for a sequel and instead just like real life great movies just end.
