I do not know Kannada but I came across this song Singara Siriye & have been listening to it everyday, hence decided to watch the movie in theatre just for the song, but it turned out to be the best decision, theatre experience of this movie was impeccable! Right from beginning till end, the movie was interesting, last twenty minutes was epic! I loved how the director & actor Rishab Shetty had taken so much efforts in showing the wonderful unique culture of his region, integrating folklore throughout the movie was a brilliant way of story telling. I loved how the hero character was portrayed, a typical representation of regional men, being extremely brave but also scared of his mother, works hard, loitering around with group of local villagers, stained teeth, smoking & alcoholic, and always be there for his people & fight for their rights! It was like travelling to a place & getting to know people & their wonderful culture! There should be more cinema like Kantara that gives importance to folklore and various cultural aspects. I already watched this movie thrice in theatre in Kannada language! I will definitely be watching again. A must watch for it’s brilliant screenplay, rawness & wonderful acting!

Yet another beautiful cinema from Malayalam industry, Ever animal lover must watch, those who watch this movie will develop more love towards animals & treat them with more kindness. It starts off very slowly & gets interesting in second half. The lead actor had just lived the character, realistic scenes & wonderful drone shots! The most beautiful part of the movie is the cow! She was an absolute beauty! Definitely a nice weekend watch with family.
