This book should be mandatory curriculum in all of our schools! It is powerful! If we as a country and society are ever to evolve to a more perfect union we need to understand the underlying system of caste, which Ms. Wilkerson so methodically and convincingly illustrates in this book. Difficult to read but imperative to face if we, as a nation, are to ever realize the vision of our creed that all humans are created equal. Read it or listen to it!
