Terrible. This book talks about trauma someone experienced from a hearing a family member went through trauma. They then felt the trauma they heard. Then it goes on to talk talk about reconnecting with you parents. Magically in this book the parents care and they reunite🤦‍♀️. I mean this sounds wonderful but nowhere could relate to any of it. So disappointing.
