One of the memories of cable television viewing back in the late 80s was seeing this movie every other day. Famous skaters, an international weapons smuggling ring and murders made for an interesting if not disjointed story. They even came up with a mission for a stealth skate mode. This movie was and still is a pleasure to watch even though very little of it holds up today.
