I recently started to get interested in the culture and history of Pacific Islander.I am not form Hawaii far from it I am French. I had great expectations for this movie but I had to say I am really disappointed! I expected more explanation of the culture and also more music from Hawaii. I just feel like they could have done more and better. I also was not impressed with the acting/cast. Netflix did a bad job portraying Hawaiian culture just like they did a bad job in Emily in Paris!
