A superb start. It creates sympathy for the lead character Charlie. And superb acting. Good direction and editing. Story telling is a great art and few qualify to be recognised as great story teller. This movie fails to find entry into the club. Unnecessarily complicating story by change of hearts and beating the track doesn't help. Once negotiations of cost of circus material and then sudden portrayal as villlain of Seyer are the two weak points.
