I was a big NCIS fan, along w/ my entire family, but Gibb's "replacement" is, at least personally for me, possibly the worst choice, and even trying to watch tonight's episode was difficult...I am sorry and mean nothing personal against the chosen replacement for Gibbs, but I personally do not enjoy his "stand-in", and will change the channel, and/or watch anything else at this time...
