This documentary will blow your mind. It is crazy how much money there is in foster care and none of it is allocated properly. The children are the ones who suffer the most. From drug-use, child trafficking, molestation, abuse, neglect. It is incredibly sad meanwhile ceo's are making millions. Reason why I gave it a 4 is because it is meant to shock you and there is much more to the foster system than this.
