Very boring, stale and a show full of overacting...

Watched 'Animal' movie yesterday. I believe cinema is not about right or wrong, moral or immoral... Cinema is about telling a story in an artistic, thrilling or convincing manner. Cinema is an art... But... I failed to see any kind of 'cinematic brilliance'. I have seen gore and violent movies like 'I saw the devil' or 'Asuran' but this one is so senseless and pointless that it becomes so unbearable after a point of time! Yes boby deol undoubtedly shines in his brief role with how he acted but as far as Ranbir is concerned it's not the best act of Ranbir kapoor. Story becomes monotonous after some time and thereon It's all about senseless violence and some incoherently connected scenes. Some scenes and songs are spectacular individually like introduction of Bobby deol or a few scenes of Anil kapoor and Ranbir but they are not backed by a strong storyline. Movie fails to emote any feelings for the son father relationship or the confusing love affair. All in all the movie disappointed me to a large extent especially after you watch cinematically brilliant 12th Fail!

Great movie! A genuine comedy after a long time.. Great performances, great script, great story awesome direction..... Must must watch...

Nothing can be more disappointing than this! It has completely lost its original charm, fast pace, outstanding performances and brilliant direction. Everything is so superficial, boring and poor here. Please overhaul it before it erodes the brand of original crime patrol.. 😡😡😡

This movie can beat any movie of Hollywood or Bollywood in story, direction, acting and unique treatment of the subject... Simply awesome...

My idea of a great movie is the one which lingers on with you for long and carries such complexity and depth that you wish to watch it many times to completely understand every aspect the maker has tried to touch and convey.. Anand, tare zameen par, Tumbad, forest Gump, being there, super deluxe, Parasite, Titanic, peaceful warrior, mera Naam joker etc. Do that and somehow "Gulabo Sitabo" does the same.. It lingers upon you and you wish to watch it again to closely understand its complexity and cinematic brilliance... Kudos to makers!
