Fantastic performancing and perfect casting. You really can feel the difficulty of getting words out. Colin Firth, not my favourite actor, is absolutely superb in this.

Watched it late on the BBC. Really enjoyed it, although not a fan of the lead actir but his performance was good. An interesting peek into the US dark history. Interesting that it's set around the time of the world's first underground train service opening in London, when Americans were still lynching people.
