I have just posted this issue on a home page for blue badge holders. Watching a recorded episode last night. Vera rolls up to a prison gate and blatantly parks in a blue badge space next to the prison gates. This says to the whole viewing public that it's OK to do this. Goodness know we have enough problems finding a space without TV programmes making it worse. On the other hand it does show a police inspector behaving in a way that shows they consider themselves above the law on this issue.

As a yellow belly born and bred I was disappointed with Sunday's show about Lincolnshire. More about the farming in a farming county and less of Ellie twittering on about art please.Also yes, it's big and yes, it's flat but not where I come from in the Welland valley. As Lincolnshire is the second largest county in England it would have been better to treat it in its three parts, Kesteven, Lindsay and Holland; all diverse from each other in the same way you speak of N Yorkshire rather than having us believe that all Yorkshire is the same.
