October, a movie named after a month, much significant to the Bengali life, the invocation of Goddess Durga and the fragrance queen Siuli flowers......, has been very successful to capture the heart's of the audience who love to watch a movie blossoming like a flower, silently, with an ease, but still at the end pierces your heart. The smooth and honest expressions, coupled with the soothing background scores made it worth watching in spite of the absence of any poppy number or any melodramatic sequence. Infine, this movie has been successful because it didn't seem to be a movie at all. It seemed real.
