While the research into the effects of poor sleep are interesting, knowing how important it is doesn’t help you sleep better. In fact it’s just depressing to find out that you’ll probably die early of cancer/ heart disease etc. Not at all helpful when you do everything you can - no coffee, no alcohol, little sugar and a good sleep routine- and you still can’t sleep. I’m surprised there was no mention of meditation.
