The first 3 episodes were good and interesting. The fourth went on forever as if the director or editor fell asleep and just allowed the microphone to be passed around the room over and over again.

I want to like this series. It's an intriguing idea set in an interesting time. It's shot beautifully. The acting is quite good (if somewhat stilted, but that might be writing and directing). However, it's just empty. Underneath all the complex, multi-level, time-shifting spectacle, one finds very little in the way of real story. There's no "there" there. The devices have become so tedious that I just don't care about the characters or what story there is.
