I'll be honest. I had not read the books before seeing the film but I had good hopes it was going to be good because of the cast and the trailer seemed to be quite good as well. Lone and behold, I was shook when the movie finished! This film will definitely become one of my favorite of all time! In a time where more and more bland movies are being pushed to audiences just for money's sake, this movie is a much needed one. It is super refreshing. Everything about it, the cinematography, the pacing, the music, the acting, the storytelling, the visuals, is truly spectacular. I have pretty much no critique for this movie. If you can go watch it on an IMAX screen or at least in the cinema please do! Watching it at home will not give this movie the appreciation it deserves. A true masterpiece that will be remembered for time to come!
