My kids love this show. Some of the episodes demonstrate the characters overcoming their own 'negative' traits. There are many times when these cute critters go with their own selfish instincts, but there are certainly times when they go beyond themselves for their friends. There is no language in the show, which would probably detract from the content anyway. Illustrates how much can be communicated by facial expressions and body language. Great for young children who themselves are learning about this, and being more selfless. It highlights the kind of conflicts they experience such as wanting to eat the last piece of cake, and giving it to someone else. As an adult, I was averse at first to this show. But it has grown on me a lot as I see some depth to it all.
