Pradyumna Alawani

I watched this movie today, was not aware of such movie made in Marathi back in 1944. It is really appreciable that though being a movie of pre-independence period the work director, actors and screenplay writer had done is commendable. The story is based on a real character Ramshastri Prabhune which we read in books. But, the movie's attempt to show this character live was absolutely successful. I recommend this movie to everyone as a must watch movie. Not just for story but also to get an idea how developed our Indian cinema was back in 40s.
