I'm giving this movie such a low score because it could have been so good! There was plenty of intrigue and an interesting story line they could have developed into a great movie but instead the ending leaves you hanging and answers none of the questions it poses. What a total waste of time!

Wow. What a letdown! The Haunting of Hill House & Bly Manor were both masterful ghost stories. However, Midnight Mass, while it had some interesting characters, lacked the suspenseful sequences and plot twists which set the other two series apart from your run of the mill horror stories. Midnight Mass is just boring and centers around misguided, holier-than-thou bigots which makes the whole show just off-putting. I definitely recommend not wasting your time watching this and just re-watching one of previous series.
