Slow,movingly portrayed the role of the wife and mother living cheek to jowl in an extended family home. Overworked, betrayed,she leaves them behind to set up home for herself....just to get some peace and quiet.

Sombre touching movie. A love story but not quite. This is a story of a man who knows so little about the outside world and of a woman who seems to know far more. Definitely, not made for each other. So, they part company.

Intense. Dark. A beautiful life wasted. Tragic.
