This book is such a disappointment! Not only cruel to the reader, it is preposterous!!!! The hardships are much too hard and non stop! I cried way too many times reading this book! Give us a little relief, Kristen! Characters are one dimensional and boring....at least the females. Read 2/3 of the book before it became the least bit interesting. Will not pass this book on to friends.....a first for this author!
