Given to me by a friend. One diet doesn't fit all. This eating by your blood type made sense. I started at 227 and like he said you lose quick in the beginning. I lost 27 lbs. In less than 2 months. I have not exercised, but am active. I ate as much as I wanted (the right food) now I'm pretty much stable at 180 to 181. If you eat any avoid foods your body lets you know.
I'm very pleased. And eating well. If I want something like, a piece of cake or pie, ice cream or a cookie, I'll have it. But I know I can't have that all the time.
I suggest buying a digital scale and keep an eye on what you are doing by what you are eating.
