This movie is touching and a realistic interplay of many characters and subplots. Given the situation of possible long term illness, the character development is poetic and realistic. Eddie Murphy is cast as a man with UNIQUE TALENTS not a man politely subservient to others. I am touched and affected.
Reviewers should quit trying to force their idea of an agenda on the thread of this movie.
