The movie started off as a boring one. At one point I was asking myself what am I watching. Anyways I'm thankful that I didn't leave it midway. The movie builds up to the climax scene, which I really enjoyed. But even then I couldn't understand why such a boring storyline and a hilarious climax. Obviously I was unaware of the backstory on Manson murders. The names Sharon Tate, Polanski, Steve McQueen sounded familiar to me though I have never watched any movies or work they had done. Probably picked it up somewhere along my movie/series binging episodes. I went ahead and googled the backstory and then it just blew my mind. The way the director has altered and presented the story is mindblowing. Love the movie. Wish I had know more about the backstory before watching it.
