After watching it for the first time I was left shocked by the movie. This is one of the first movies I have watched that made me stand up and go “this movie is superb!” The story, the humor, the subtle nods to future events is what made this movie amazing, overall this movie is a solid 10/10. The theme is also what makes this movie great. (Spoilers) when the old maids husband gets stabbed in the abdomen, he greets Mr Park like he’d known him his whole life, which he technically has. but when he respects him he turns his body over to take his Mercedes keys. He basically treated him like trash because he thought he was a lowlife. When Mr Kim saw that it made him furious as he really was the same as him. He picked up the knife to stab him, and killed him. That’s what I think made the movie so much more powerful.
