Kelly Spear

It started off a little slow but picked up quite nicely after the first episode. Still on the fence about 3D animation in terms of the human characters, though it lends itself BEAUTIFULLY to the Kaiju and the Jaegers. One of the battle scenes in the last episodes seemed a little janky and the plot was a bit predictable (but hey, that's anime for ya). My only real complaint is that the whole season is 7 episodes. 7 episodes is literally HALF of a regular season of any show, Netflix seem to have a habit of making really short seasons recently and a lot of shows suffer from it. C'mon, give us a couple more episodes and flesh it out a bit before you make us wait ages for the new season! TLDR: Jaegers and Kaiju go brrrrrrrr
