Rian outdid himself by providing us with a fresh and trope-free take on this old franchise. Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver brought immense depth to their characters. The action scene is one of the best we have gotten from Star Wars and I hope JJ Abrams follows the story in this direction. We do not need to see another mystery/important parent storyline or a typical good versus evil plot. Please let Rian write the final episode.
