Redvers Lamb

This is a brilliant book full of useful information and well presented. I love cycling the canal towpaths as our roads become less inviting and combine this pleasure with caravanning. The only slight drawback to the book is the lack of an overall map of the canal network covered, perhaps with adjacent towns and cities being included. If I am planning a caravan trip I have some difficulty in finding out where the nearest canals are to the proposed site as it means combing through the contents section of the book looking for clues in the name of the canal. A nationwide canal map would be most helpful. It could be a separable insert to the book. I'd willing pay extra for this useful addition!
