I really regret not watching Khel Khel Mein in the theater, yaar! Recently caught it on Netflix, and seriously, I loved it! The movie was on point, and I don’t care if it's a remake or not—it was paisa vasool for sure.
Fardeen Khan has done a fab job, especially considering it’s his comeback after so many years. I wasn’t expecting much, but he was totally solid. Even the individual performances of the cast were great. But, bhai, the real show-stealer for me was Akshay Kumar! This role seemed like tailor-made for him. His comic timing was on point, and his energy was infectious throughout the film.
The story also had its own charm. It kept me hooked from start to finish. Lekin if I have to nitpick, I’d say the songs didn’t stand out that much. They weren’t bad, but nothing memorable either, which is why I’m giving it 4.5 stars instead of 5. But overall, the movie was a total dhamaka and pure entertainment. I’m just sad I missed the chance to watch it on the big screen!
