Edward Lindon

The narrative elements - plot, dialogue and some character motivations - are weak, but the filmic, aesthetic side is superb and just insanely rich. The soundtrack slams. The animations are gorgeously coloured and creative. The acting and interaction are well realised. Casting: great. Cultural specificity: a treasure. It's worth noting that this show is aimed more at kids, so it's not that heavy or dark. And if you like your spices extra extra mild, vanilla, milk and cream, you'd probably better avoid this and dig into that jar of Hellman's instead.
