5/5 no notes. I watched season one the day it came out and binged through it twice. Now that season two's here, I can only hope season three isn't too far off. My bias will keep The Good Place and Game of Thrones as my best TV shows, but this comfortably fits in third. Keri Russell and Rufus Sewell have a powerful on-camera chemistry and the mannerisms and nuances of everything they do lulls me into a sense of vulnerability. The plot is good, other reviews will tell you that, but it's the way everything connects that makes this a very good TV show.

I absolutely loved this show as a kid. One episode I remember was in a theater and someone was acting on stage and was stabbed by a knife that was supposedly a prop knife, 😅maybe it was traumatizing at the moment cause that's what I seem to remember but it was really good. I can still recall the tune of the theme song, I could never gather what that man was saying but his voice was wonderful.

It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life... Very impressive series. From the story to the artistic decisions, everything about Arcane is supreme bringing about a new vision as to how good animations can look. They took a gamble and for all intents and purposes succeeded in making the best animation series I have seen this year. Probably longer than that.

I'd be remiss if I talk about this film's brilliant performance. From the beginning, the storyline was grounded and had intentional stunts and visual effects, not a lot to deviate from the storytelling and not a little that one wouldn't notice. This is the kind of integration that is very much deserving of a Marvel film. I am biased on the extensive VFX crew as they portrayed creatures, environments, animations, and simulations that felt true to life and served to tell a story without it being distracting, we have truly come a long way. Here's to waiting for Eternals.

Talk about a game changer, Love Death and Robots has a scenic routing that explores different dimensions of animated characters resulting in a rainbow of perfection. Each episode intricately explaining a story and the show immerses to it in such a manner that you'd wish the each story was a series on its own. The episodes span from about 5-20 minutes. This is a definite 10/10 for me, it couldn't be more perfect. Love it.
