If I could give this no stars I would. It’s disgusting, it supports pedophelia and grooming. And in all honestly, it’s like every other trailer. Meaning it’s terrible. The original characters are either destroyed or not in the picture. This sequel is a complete disgrace to the original series and I can’t believe it made it this far and actually has supporters. None of the characters are the same, they are empty puppets playing the roles their original selves would never do. Sesshomaru especially. All their development from the original series went to complete waste, they possess none of it in the sequel. Also the way the story is depicted is terrible. From what it sounds like, it’s being told by another character’s perspective and a lot of info dumping is done rather than progressively revealing points of the plot and making it interesting. I have to say I’m relieved Rumiko isn’t the one planning this literal garbage but I’m sad she hasn’t stood up and defended her show. The original anime was good and ended perfectly. It didn’t need this sequel. I wouldn’t recommend watching it at all. I hope it gets canceled and I’ll continue to push away from it because it’s an absolute mess. It’s unfortunate to say that the majority of the five stars are people who are happy their pedo ship went. They won’t acknowledge that even putting that aside, the show is garbage and has no effort into animation, detail, story line, character design, etc. it’s a money grab and a waste of time. It runs on old fans hoping to see the old cast ( but fifteen episodes in they are still hardly revealed ) and the pedo ship being written. Please have some decency and recognize everything wrong with this trash sequel. Have it canceled for crying out loud!
