I have given this one extra star, purely on sentimental attachment to this series. The other 3 stars are for a solid, if cliché ridden film. The major disappointment is the fact there is no actual fight in the finale. But the Story of Rocky becoming the trainer who is ultimately betrayed by the up and coming Boxing star, who Rocky neglects his son for, is thoroughly watchable.
