I love the Doom series, and have been playing iterations of the game since 93, but 2hrs into Eternal and the platforming bits have just become ... U N B E A R A B L E This is more of an Olympic gymnastics simulator than first person demon slayer. This ruins an otherwise fantastic game for me. If they were sprinkled in here and there it would have been fine, but they make up more than half of the game and some of them are quite extensive. 2016 was brilliant, Bethesda should have kept with the formula.

WARNING: Unfair reviews below! I'll start by saying the show was absolutely fantastic. I'm honestly flabbergasted by the amount of reviews calling the performance boring, or giving it poor reviews because the venue was bad.. you're rating a show, not the venue, if your venue was bad go leave that venue a bad review, no the performance! And those who are calling it boring must have expected this to be directed by Michael Bay or something.. Another complaint I keep seeing is that the show is a fortune.. we had center front for $94... worth every penny. Just seen Tran-Siberian Orchestra two weeks ago at the same venue, cost $114 and that was for seats way up in the nosebleed off to the side, and Cirque was a much better show imo. The acts that these athletes and performers achieve are absolutely incredible and left me on the edge of my seat consistently muttering "how!?". The show itself was something of an odd dream, but also gave me the feeling of being inside of a festive renaissance painting. The costuming and effect were top notch.
